3. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing is as follows:

• Cloud Migration Consultancy: Starting from PKR 5,000 per consultation
• SaaS Applications: Starting from PKR 5,000/month per application
• Custom Services: Quoted based on project scope and requirements

We accept payments in USD, GBP, and PKR through Stripe. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

5. Service Level Agreement

For managed services and SaaS applications:

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for our SaaS applications.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
• Support response times: Critical issues within 4 hours, general inquiries within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services are owned by KM Enterprises and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Protection

We take data protection seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KM Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
