At Hostifyr (a brand of KM Enterprises), we strive to deliver exceptional services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.

1. Consultancy Services

Cloud Migration Consultancy (PKR 5,000)

  • Before Service Delivery: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.
  • After Service Delivery: No refund is available once the consultancy session has been completed.
  • Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the consultation, please contact us within 48 hours. We will offer a follow-up session at no additional cost.

2. SaaS Applications

Monthly Subscriptions (Starting at PKR 5,000/month)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied with the service.
  • After 7 Days: No prorated refunds are available for the current billing period.
  • Upgrades/Downgrades: Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

3. DevOps Outsourcing & Managed Services

  • Custom contracts are governed by the terms agreed upon in the service agreement.
  • Cancellation: 30-day written notice is required for cancellation of ongoing managed services.
  • Refunds: Prorated refunds may be available based on the terms of your service agreement.

4. Email Services

  • Setup fees are non-refundable once the email service has been configured.
  • Monthly fees follow the same 7-day refund policy as SaaS subscriptions.

5. Backup & Monitoring Services

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds: First 7 days full refund policy applies for new subscriptions.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at payments@hostifyr.com with your order details.
  2. Include your name, email address, service purchased, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment (USD, GBP, or PKR).

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultancy sessions
  • Custom development work that has been delivered
  • Domain registration fees
  • Third-party service costs incurred on your behalf

9. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please escalate the matter to support@hostifyr.com. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days.
